Reservation Policy

Only reservations placed online using our reservation system will be honored. You will receive an email confirming your reservation.
If you did not receive a confirmation of your reservation, please contact us at 253-632-2660.

If Action Adventures must cancel any trips, a full refund and as much notice will be given.

Refunds

Full refund - 48 hours notice
50% refund - 24 - 48 hours notice
No refund - less than 24 hours notice

We understand "life" happens at the most inopportune times.
If you have an emergency and unable to to provide at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation, please contact us and provide documentation of your emergency to receive a full refund.
